I’m a communication professional turned home baker, bringing together a deep love for the craft of baking, precision and storytelling.

A self-taught baker, my journey began at home, driven by a lifelong love for baking and nurtured during the time I spent caring for my younger child. What started as comfort and curiosity, soon transformed into a purpose. Baking, especially bread baking, is my creative therapy and my happy place.

I love experimenting with different flours, textures, and techniques, but my heart belongs to breads. From slow-fermented loaves to soft buns, I enjoy every step of the process - the patience, the science, and the quiet joy of watching dough come alive.

I specialise in a wide range of baked goods including artisan breads, buns, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, pastries, tea cakes, and celebration cakes - each made in small batches with care, quality ingredients, and attention to detail.

Every bake from my kitchen is crafted with intention, warmth, and soul because good food should feel like home.
